Gene and Barbara have over 45 years combined experience in the Real Estate business. Gene has worked for Rancon since 1979 and Barbara since 1995. Both are residential and land specialists. Gene has expertise in commercial/industrial vertical and land product, including residential properties (apartment and R-1 developments).
Gene's mother was born in Temecula nad her grandparents homesteaded here in the 1800's. Gene's dad was the founder and original Curator of the Temecula Valley Museum. In fact, he was so respected by the community that an elementary school was named after him. Tony Tobin Elementary is located in the Morgan Hill Community.
Gene and Barbara are both involved in the community. Gene sits on the Steering Committee for the Boys and Girs Club of Southwestern Riverside County. Barbara sits on the Board of Directors for both the Temecula Valley Historical Society and S.A.F.E. (Safe Alternatives for Everyone). S.A.F.E. is a non profit organziation geared to the prevention of family violence.
They have raised three daughters who are all living and raising their families in the Temecula Valley. So as you can see thier roots run deep and their first love is the "Temecula Valley". Please call either of them for your real estate needs, their knowledge or the area is great!
