Juve Pinedo is the Senior Associate for Rancon Real Estate. He is an expert in the sales land in California and has achieved an impressive sales record by delivering top prices in today¿s real estate market for both commercial and residential subdivisions. Mr. Pinedo advises his clients on acquisition and disposition strategies and has been called upon to advise on land planning, entitlements, due diligence and asset management throughout Riverside, Orange, Fresno, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.
Juve’s clientele ranges from Banks, Lenders, Home Builders, Developers and Individual Investors. In addition to the sale of land, Mr. Pinedo has been utilized for the sales and leasing for industrial, office and retail properties. Mr. Pinedo is currently marketing over 1000 Single Family lots plus many retail, industrial, office and land properties. In 2007, Mr. Pinedo was recognized in The Rancon Report as Rancon Real Estates “Top Recruit”. For 6 years prior to joining Rancon Real Estate, Mr. Pinedo was leading a group of 20 real estate sales and finance associates from his office in Culver City California. He and his group were consistently producing 15 million dollars per month in commercial/residential real estate lending and sales transactions.
Juve graduated from the California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Mr. Pinedo is an active member of BIA, ULI, ICSC, NAIOP and is very active in local Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Pinedo’s ability to speak multiple languages has allowed him to conduct business with C-level executives from Mexican, Pakistani, and Asian origins. Juve lives in Menifee and spends most of his leisure time in Orange County.
