My Brief Personal History
Originally from Portland, Oregon l attended Oregon State University. The major portion of my first 20 years of working life were in the fields of health and dental care as my two girls approached their emancipation, I selected real estate because the results are measurable and the rewards can be traced directly to my contributions. I obtained my license in 1990. I relocated to Temecula in 2004. I love Temecula.
Qualifications and Training
Since 1990 I have represented corporate referrals, military families, out-of-town property owners, speculation home builders and many others. I have 290 clock hours of Realtor continuing education. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). Coldwell Banker designations of Certified Corporate and Residential Marketing Specialist. Awarded Coldwell Banker Sterling Award for sales. I have served on the board of Realtors as treasurer and on the education committee. I am active in my community belonging to the Temecula Valley Chamber and Woman’s Club. I have a designation of GRI from the Graduate Real Estate Institute and California Association of Realtors.
