I met Karen at an open house and briefly mentioned to her what features in a home were important to us. In no time at all, after minimal dialog, she quickly surmised the type of home we were looking for.

Buying or selling a property is a difficult task, particularly with so many necessary documents for the agents, lenders, state, county, city, etc. Karen never dropped the ball, but always stayed in front of the process to insure everything went as smoothly as possible. If an issue developed, Karen help us solve the problem. More importantly, if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she would do the work to find the solution and keep us posted along the way. She was always accessible for questions, and she communicated regularly and honestly.
